My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were quiet and up-to-date, with comfortable beds, but I found a large, ominous crack and wet spot in the ceiling, which was a bit concerning. The service was a bummer, with the front desk not being the most helpful, although housekeeping was pleasant. The location was amazing for accessing different areas like Oceanside, San Clemente, and Laguna, but it was further from the Amtrak station than expected. The dining options had a nice selection but could use some upgrades. Overall, the hotel has great potential but has room for improvement.

Staying on the ground floor with a spacious room equipped with a large flat screen TV and grab bars in the shower and toilet made my stay comfortable.
